About
Ken Ijima first garnered a following for his ability to curate and taste-make. Later, in 2018, Ken conceptualized Vuja Dé to further explore his affinity for luxurious construction and subtle detailing—traits that have become synonymous with Ken's work.
Vuja Dé does not follow a discernible pattern with its sources of inspiration. From pop culture references to Japanese idioms, Ken uses his surroundings to inform his work. However, VD has found consistency with its design process. Luxurious material selection and precise Japanese construction coalesce to create a cohesive design language that has amassed a cult following. Vuja Dé is a bastion of contemporary Japanese fashion.
