How do I return or exchange an item?

Does Komune offer free shipping?

Yes! Any orders over $325 qualify for free domestic and international express shipping

If you're in NYC, we offer local, same day delivery within a 3 mile radius of 92 Orchard St. Any orders over $325 qualify for free local delivery

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Modifying or canceling an order is possible with Komune so long as it has not yet been packed or shipped, or as otherwise permitted by applicable consumer protection laws. Please contact info@komune.space to modify or cancel your order.

When will I receive my order?

We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.

Once your order is successfully submitted, we will process your order the following business day. It is then packed, and dispatched. Once it is on its way to you, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information depending on the courier you selected.

Please note that the standard delivery time of 2-5 business days are estimates and may vary depending on circumstances like distance, local holidays, and courier’s control. Packages are not shipped nor delivered on weekends and local public holidays and may vary due to external factors outside of ours, and our courier’s, control.

While we always strive to have our orders delivered on time, we acknowledge that the unforeseeable is inevitable. External factors outside of our control, such as extreme weather conditions and technical failures, are bound to occasionally cause delays, and we ask for your patience and understanding when they do.

Additionally, please note that during promotional campaigns, delivery times may be longer than usual.

How do I know the item will fit me? OR How does the item fit?

In order to help you find the best fit with our variety of international and domestic brands, the following information is available on every product page:

  • A size conversion chart to help with international sizes.
  • Product-specific measurements (i.e., sleeve length, pant leg width etc.).
  • Sizes of the garments worn by the models, as well as their specific measurements.

The above can be found in the ‘View Size Chart’ tab on any item’s product page.

Are duties and taxes included?

Komune ships to most countries in the world and therefore we maintain a simplified shipping process for all international orders. We are not responsible for the import taxes of your country from the United States and does not pay extra charges once the item has been shipped. We do not refund items that are rejected by the customer due to country-imposed import taxes and tariffs those that are sent back to our store without a return request. Refunds for rejected packages are limited to the cost of the item and not the shipping fee. Please note that international shipments may take longer to be delivered due to the customs process of your country.

How can I use a promo code/what items are eligible?

Please enter your promo code at checkout through the Shopify prompts. Your promo code terms may depend on the reasoning of the promo offer, but typically items on sale of over 10% and items denoted as “final sale” will NOT be eligible for discounts.

How do I check which items are on sale?

Each product will show a sale price if they are on sale.

Does Komune offer price matching?
