  • For a full refund, returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
  • No returns available for international orders.
1. Return Eligibility and Timeframes:
  • 1.1. Customers may initiate a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
  • 1.2. For a full refund, returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • 1.3. Returns requested between 7-14 days of delivery are eligible for store credit only.
  • 1.4. Items returned after 14 days of delivery are not eligible for refund or store credit.
  • 1.5. In-store purchases are eligible for return within 14 days of purchase for store credit only.
2. Return Process:
  • 2.1. Initiate Return: Customers must make an account and request a return to initiate a return request.
  • 2.2. Verification: Retailer will verify the eligibility of the return based on the timeframe and condition of the item.
  • 2.3. Return Authorization: Upon approval, Retailer will issue a return label for shipping the item back.
  • 2.4. Packaging and Shipment: Customers must securely package the item and ship it back using the provided return label.
  • 2.5. Inspection: Upon receipt, Retailer will inspect the returned item to ensure it meets the return policy criteria.
  • 2.6. Condition Assessment: If the item is in good condition, Retailer will proceed with the return process.
  • 2.7. Refund/Store Credit Offer: Customers will receive a refund to their original payment method or store credit, depending on the return timeframe.
  • 2.8. Restocking (if applicable): Items returned in good condition may be restocked for resale.
  • 2.9 No returns available for international orders.
3. Rare Cases of Damaged Items:
  • 3.1. In rare cases where an item is damaged upon delivery, customers will receive a full refund.
  • 3.2. Customers must notify Retailer within 2 days of delivery if their item arrives damaged.
