Strong Theveethivark founded Strongthe in 2019. He designs pieces that bring the wearer strength by harnessing the power of luck. Simultaneously, references his Thai heritage by infusing his work with Thai symbols of fortune—like charms, amulets, and hand-tied knots. The result: wearable lucky charms. All of Strong's pieces are constructed with extreme technical precision--a byproduct of Strong's education at Central Saint Martins. We were drawn to Strong's work through images online, but it wasn’t until we experienced the garments in person that his technical rigor and design vision truly came through.
