Edward Cuming is the namesake label of the Madrid-based designer. After completing his MA in Menswear at Central Saint Martins in 2019, Cuming had no plans to launch a brand. But when the British Fashion Council invited him to exhibit his graduate collection, the installation drew the attention of Opening Ceremony buyers, who placed an order. Spontaneously, Cuming found himself a business owner. Today, Edward Cuming is an ode to spontaneity. The label creates atypical garments inspired by fleeting moments and the ephemeral emotions they evoke. Through outerwear, tops, and trousers, the brand seeks to recapture these under-considered sensations.
