The Work Explained
While studying Cosmetics and Fragrance in university, Isabelle developed an early affinity for bergamot, jasmine, and vetiver—her “first loves” as a perfumer. She now returns to them, reinterpreting these humble ingredients with refined skill to craft an opulent product.

About I.Moser
Isabelle Moser founded I.Moser Sensorial after graduating from FIT, where her background as a product developer helped her translate imaginative concepts into tangible works. I.Moser moves beyond functional scents, aiming to create experiences rich in narrative and olfactory complexity.
The Process
To create the locket, Isabelle collaborated with her close friend Tia Lillian. After several sketch iterations, Tia and Isabelle settled on the gourd form; they agreed the shape aptly captured the scent’s character. Tia then carved the halves from wax, cast them in sterling silver, and finished the piece by soldering on the bead and fringe embellishments.

"I believe that a great scent doesn’t always need to have 50 different materials in it to feel new. It’s all about good technique and using what you already have to stimulate true creativity. "
